rise AND RELAX with the breath
Inspiration comes in with the energy of your inhale. You can think of it as bringing in spirit. When we breathe in different ways we receive a different effect. In the rising breath meditation we breathe in and out through the mouth with pursed lips, as if we were sipping air. This practice can bring you to a very fine and high level of energy. It is good for thinking or creativity. You may hear a light buzz in your ears which could be said to be sounds of the universal energy.
