Improving Emotional Intelligence through Meditation

Emotions have been misunderstood. Improving emotional intelligence is an outcome of meditation. Emotions are a significant aspect of our being. If we deny our emotions, this can lead to sickness, drama, and worse.

Emotions can be thought of as energy vibrating. Different emotions vibrate at different frequencies. You can try to sense the frequency of your emotions and how each is different.

Your emotions are messengers. You should try to listen for the messages they bring. Harmonious emotions signal you are on the right path. Inharmonious emotions are signals to make a change.

Emotional intelligence refers to our ability to know our own emotions and have awareness of the emotions of others. This intelligence allows us to have better relationships with other people.

Emotions are energy and energy wants to vibrate and move. You can do this through Heart Rhythm Meditation practices. Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) creates an energetic and emotional healing process in your body.
