Free online guided meditation is a wonderful thing. There are lots of written meditations that are posted online but it can sometimes be difficult to interpret or to meditate if you don't have a context to put it in. With guided meditation you can sit and listen and close your eyes and be guided into stillness and an opening of the heart.I find that I really enjoy listening to guided meditation. And I will listen to different kinds of meditations too. Sometimes a change from my own meditation practices is welcomed. I feel that I learn something new from each guided meditation that I listen to.
